Since joining the firm in 2016, he has defended landowners against federal, state, and local condemning authorities taking residential, commercial, and rural properties for infrastructure projects that include highway expansions, water transmission pipelines, natural gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines. Tim's previous experience in environmental and administrative law has provided him with a unique insight into condemnation cases initiated by public utilities.
